Hi I'm Mai Zoua Xiong

I'm Hmong and I'm a MORMON from Sacramento California! And I am currently serving in the Taiwan Taichung mission!

About Me

I'm the 6th child of the family and I'm a convert. I love to work, travel, and read. I am a graduate from Sacramento State University of California with a degree in Health Science and minor in Family Consumer and Science. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. And I am on my mission in Taiwan Taichung:)

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a mormon because I know that this church is TRUE. Thru the darkest time of my life, only Heavenly Father was there to comfort me and give me strength to move forward. The mircles and blessings that I recieved are priceless and countless. Although I astray from him so many times, disobey him, and ignored his love, he still forgave me and love me unconditionally. No DOUBT about it. I know my Savior lives and Joseph Smith is a true prophet called upon Heavenly Father and his son Jesus Christ to restore the gospel. The gospel have shaped and changed me to a better and stronger person. Thru the gospel, I was able to be humble, patient, forgiving, trust, and most importantly I was able to love again. I love the gospel and proud to be ROOTED in the TRUTH of the gospel!

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being the light to others, being worthy of God, praying to Heavenly Father daily, reading my scriptures daily, keeping the commandments, loving others unconditionally, and doing any kind of services. Having faith is never easy but Heavenly Father promise us that it will be worth it. One of the hardest thing I've done is giving up what I have and accomplished to serve the Lord and help him build his kingdom. It's challenging but I love it! It's not how much I want to be in the highest level of the Celestial Kingdom with Heavenly Father for enternity, but it's how far I'm willing to go and get there!
