Hi I'm Angela

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm currently a student at Arizona State University, studying Communication Disorders. I graduate with my M.S. in 2013. Holler. I'm the youngest of 6 children. I have 12 1/2 nieces and nephews. I love horses, water, roller coasters, reading, traveling, eating, and wearing sweats. My favorite color is green (at the moment). I love dancing. Though I should mention I'm completely uncoordinated. I love to cook. Anything and everything.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the Church, so people assume I've fallen into this belief by default. And while it's true that I wouldn't have the foundation I do or the testimony I do without an entire family of active Church-goers, I feel confident in saying I would have found the Church no matter what. Articulating "why I'm a Mormon" is not the easiest or most concise answer. To state it simply: I'm a Mormon because I know God lives. I know Christ atoned for my sins. I know Joseph Smith saw God the Father and Jesus Christ. Once I gained a testimony of those three simple truths for myself, everything else fell into place. The Church is true. It's as simple as that.

How I live my faith

Living my faith isn't just going to church or doing my visiting teaching. It's so much more than that. I live my faith daily. Every decision I make is a result of the Gospel. The clothes I wear, the language I use, the movies I watch - that all stems from my testimony of the Gospel. It is impossible for me to separate my church life from my everyday life. They are one in the same. I live my faith by being the same person I am on Sunday as I am every other day of the week.
