Hi I'm Francell

I'm a Mormon. I grew up in American Fork Utah. I have six children. I am a third grade elementary school teacher in Gilbert AZ.

About Me

I have been a member of the church all of my life. My husband and I have been married for 41 years. I enjoy teaching school, cooking, sewing, and being involved in a book club. My husband and I enjoy traveling and going to all of the LDS temples each time we travel. This past year we have attended five different temples in Canada. We love going to the temple and seeing new places. I have seven grand children and enjoy spoiling them and spending time with them. I graduated from Brigham Young University. I have a masters degree in education. I have a reading endorsement and i enjoy taking lots of different reading courses. I am currently in the primary presidency and I enjoy working with the young children in our ward. I have lived in the Northwest and am presently lived in the Southwest.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the LDS church. I have a great pioneer heritage all of my ancestors were converted to the church in England and travelled to the Salt Lake Valley to live among the Saints in the nineteenth century. My parents, sisters and brother grew up in a very religious home where it was important to live all of the Gospel principles. It was also important to attend church every week and honor the Sabbath Day. At a young age, probably around ten years of age I developed a strong testimony of the Gospel by reading the scriptures and following the teachings of the church leaders and parents. I always had good LDS friends and boys with whom I had dated which were also LDS. I have a strong testimony of the Gospel, I know that God lives and that Jesus Christ is my savior and redeemer. I know that Joseph Smith saw the Father and the Son and reestablished Christ's Church here upon the earth. The spirit has born witness unto me many times in my life of the truthfulness of the Gospel. It was very important for me to get married in the Lord's temple to a worthy priesthood holder. I have always felt it was important to have a big family and teach them the Gospel principles as well. My three sons have all served missions and are Eagle Scouts. All of my children have a current temple recommend.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by following all of the teachings of the Gospel. It is important as a member of the Church to follow the teachings of the prophet. I live my life by also following the spirit and living worthily so that the spirit can be with me every day. Everything I do is dictated to me by Christ's Gospel. I I believe in living the Gospel of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I have always accepted all of my church callings. I have served in leadership positions in Primary, Young Woman's and Relief Society many times through out my life. I enjoy serving and helping other people. I have a strong testimony of prayer and fasting, paying tithing, and keeping the word of wisdom. I enjoy attending the temple and feeling of the spirit there.
