Hi I'm Lynn

I'm a wife, a mother, a grandmother, a great grandmother I like John Grisham novels, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was a stay at home mother while my children were young and and then I worked in the insurance industry and I am now retired. I enjoy having more time for sewing and quilting and especially being able to spend time with family. We have two new additions to our family of the four legged kind and they are bringing a lot of fun into our lives.

Why I am a Mormon

Mormon missionaries came to our home in northern Idaho when I was six years old and the story goes that my dad didn't get dinner that night because he invited them to return and teach them about the Mormon church, I guess my mother wasn't very happy about that. My family did join the church and it has been a part of our lives ever since. I am grateful that my parents did accept the truthfulness of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, it has brought peace to my life as I have gone through life and all the bumps that come along with that. I know that Jesus Christ lives and loves me and what a peace that brings.

How I live my faith

I have had many opportunities to serve in my church with the youth and also with the women. I am currently teaching girls age 9 to 11, we are studying the New Testament to help gain a testimony of our brother Jesus Christ and his great sacrifice for us. I try to live my faith by showing compassion and love to all I know and those I may not know that I meet each day.
