Hi I'm David

I'm a Husband, a Physical Therapist and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am happily married to the woman of my dreams and have been sealed to her for time and all eternity in the St. Paul, MN temple. I am a Physical Therapist working in an acute care Rehab hospital helping people get back to enjoying their lives after an injury or sickness has impaired their ability to do so. I enjoy running, being with my family and learning.

Why I am a Mormon

As I look back over my life I realize that I have been guided and directed by the hand of a loving Father in Heaven who loves me and knows me personally. It has been through the gospel of Jesus Christ that I have come to know and understand what he expects of me and what the purpose of my life is. There is a power and a confidence that comes through understanding who you are. Once we realize that we are sons and daughters of Heavenly Father our perspective on life changes along with the choices we make. Benjamin Franklin said, “ Those who believe there is one God who made all things and who governs the world by this providence will make many choices different from those who do not. Those who believe that mankind are all of a family and that the most acceptable service of God is doing good to man will make many choices different from those who do not. Those who believe in a future state in which all that is wrong here will be made right will make many choices different from those who do not. Those who subscribe to the morals of Jesus will make many choices different from those who do not. (The Art of Virtue, 1986, 88–90) It has been through this gospel, this church, that has allowed me not only to believe but to know that there is a God and that he has sent his son Jesus Christ to prepare a way for me to return back to live with my Father again. For Christ is the great mediator. Joseph Smith is a prophet of God and he did restore all the rights, keys and blessings associated with the holy priesthood and kingdom of God that would allow us to return to our heavenly home. If you are still wondering or questioning the truthfulness of the message of the restoration, get on your knees and ask. Our Father will answer. He always has and he always will.

How I live my faith

I live my faith one day at a time. Some days seem to go smoother than others but there is an over riding joy and happiness that comes from being a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
