Hi I'm Michelle

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a mother to 6 beautiful children. I love to cook, quilt, and do crafts.

Why I am a Mormon

I love being a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. My widowed great-grandmother joined the Church in Australia over 100 years ago and came to the United States with her only child (my grandmother) in 1910. She gave up everything she knew to join the church. She listened to the missionaries and knew right away that this was the true church on the earth today and she wanted to be part of it. I have the same convictions. I know that this is the true church of Jesus Christ that is on the earth again today. I appreciate my great-grandmother for giving up everything she knew so someday in the future her ancestors would be blessed. I feel very blessed to have grown up in the church all of my life. It has brought me tremendous amounts of happiness, peace, and comfort. I am grateful that I was able to marry my husband in the Temple and have the opportunity to be with him forever, even after we die. I am thankful for the knowledge I have that families can be together forever and that my children are sealed to my husband and I. I know that the Lord knows us individually and cares about our needs and concerns. I have felt his loving presence around me.

How I live my faith

I enjoy serving others in our church. I help organize cooking/craft days and have had fun learning how to make homemade bread and can my own food from my garden. I also have enjoyed being a youth leader and participate in cub scouting events.
