Hi I'm Dale

I grew up in Utah as the fifth child in a family of nine children. I work for a world-wide freight carrier. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have a wife and 4 children - 2 boys and 2 girls. They range in age from 8 to 18 years old. I like the outdoors and spending time with my family. My kids are involved in many activities at school so we spend a lot of time at sporting events and other school functions.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I have come to know for myself that the Gospel of Jesus Christ is true. When I was younger, I relied a lot on the testimony of older family members and friends. I think that I always believed that the church was true, but have come to know for myself since I've been on my own that it is indeed true.  My membership in the Church brings much joy and happiness to my life and I honestly don't know where I'd be in my life with out it. I am grateful for the knowledge that I have of the eternal relationship of the family unit. That knowledge reassures me that I can be with my family forever if we live up to the covenants that we make with our Heavenly Father.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by taking part in our ward unit. I currently teach a Sunday School class made up of 16 and 17 year old youth. It is challenging but I enjoy being around them and they are good kids and teach me as well. I also serve as a home teacher and enjoy getting to know the various families that I currently teach as well as families that I have taught in the past.
