Hi I'm Cami

I grew up in CA and currently living in Arizona with my hubby. I'm social worker for a nonprofit organization. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a wife and soon to be mother of a baby boy. I enjoy working with families as a in home visitor for a non profit agency. I have my degree in Child Development and a minor in Dance. I taught dance for many years and still enjoy getting my dancing shoes on every now and then. I love boating on lakes with good company and good music. I love reading self-improvement and psychology books on my spare time.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in this church, but I have had to learn for myself if what I grew up knowing was right and true. I learned to pray, read scriptures, talk to friends, and fully study concepts in my mind to know that this is what I want and need to be happy. This is exactly what the church does for me. It makes me happy. Knowing I am a child of God and knowing who I am, comforts and enlightens my life. Taking upon the name of a Mormon, helps me to continuously grow into the person that my Savior and Heavenly Father know I can become.

How I live my faith

My husband and I take pictures for members in our ward so those that are new can become familiar with the ward family, as wells as, recognize new members of the ward who have just moved in. In the past I have taught Sunday school for 7 and 8 year old children and also the youth.
