Hi I'm Rachel

I know who I am. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to cook, draw, write, read, sing, dance, travel, and meet new people. I love to play all kinds of sports. I have done many service projects and work hard. I am a senior in high school and am looking forward to getting into a culinary collage after graduation. I care for all my friends and family and even those who may not like me. I am a bright happy person and have a wide variety of friends.

Why I am a Mormon

Ever since birth I have been taught the principals and ordinances of the church of Jesus Christ of Ladder Day Saints. I had always on and off believed, I had trouble with some of the guide lines and didn't really do what one would consider Mormon. But I always felt comfortable during church and I knew that the lessons and talks given were true. And when I did what i was counseled to do and kept fallowed the guide lines I found my self happier and safer. But I still didn't really believe. So I started to pray and read the Book of Mormon and ponder what I read, I felt a warm feeling in my heart, one I had felt many times before, but it was stronger and I knew, This was the right church.

How I live my faith

I am now a president of the 16-18 year old girls in my ward. I make sure they feel included in church and class, happy, and have a friend who cares and loves them. I help plan activities for the youth of my ward as well. I set an example for the younger girls in my ward and my friends who do not share my religion.
