Hi I'm RJ

I make music, I'm a baseball player and I'm a mormon.

About Me

I am currently serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I love to play baseball and I am a pitcher. I like to be creative and one way I express it is through creating music. I have noticed in my life certain people who have been able to encourage me to do things and through them I have found new talents. I love to dance and hope to one day learn how to do it in front of people embarrassment free. I left for my mission after I graduated highschool and plan to go to college and hopefully play baseball.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the LDS church and continue to actively live and share my beliefs because I have never felt more joy or peace in doing any other thing. One thing that is interesting to me is when I center my life on Jesus Christ, everything else is better. People around me seem better, activities are more enjoyable and I feel so much love it doesn't matter what I'm doing or who I'm with because Jesus Christ makes life better. This to me is the essence of following Jesus Christ; learning to fill my life with so much light that there is no room for darkness. I have found that when I believe in Christ I am happy and when I follow Him, the happiness stays. My faith is the most valuable thing I have. I believe that when we have faith everything is possible. To me life is like a movie and having the Holy Ghost in my life is like adding music to the movie. It makes all the difference.

How I live my faith

I am a missionary right now and I live my faith by doing the things I teach others. I follow the teachings of the prophets of old and the modern prophets today. I read the scriptures and pray every day. I follow Jesus Christ.
