Hi I'm Ronnie- Darlene

I'm a Mormon. I grew up in Canada and married a US Citizen.I am retired I am a convert to LDS Church of 35+ years.

About Me

I am 67 years old retired , have 3 children and 4 grandsons. I sculpt in clay and paint. I love the outdoors, walking, gardening, hiking, swimming. I have been into tracing my roots for 25 years. I have recently remarried a wonderful LDS man and we plan on serving a Mission for the church soon.

Why I am a Mormon

When my children where young I felt they needed a set of positive values and group of people who lived such to assist them to become responsible happy adults The world was advocating different values at every turn. very confusing for young people. So I started my search for such a place. Soon after I started to pray to be led to such a place or organization. The journey continued, I went to soooo........ many churches and organizations but none seem to be that Then one day two LDS Missionaries knocked on my door and asked to share a message of the Lord Jesus Christ with me, I agreed and the spirit was very strong that I should investigate this organization further. I did and in time came to the place of gaining a testimony that this is truly the place I was looking for. That was 35+ years ago and I bear testimony it was then the right place(this is Christs Church) to be and raise my children and it continues today to nourish, inspire and teach me every day. Within the safe walls of the The church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is a wonderful place to be.

How I live my faith

I live my Heavenly Fathers commandments Serve my fellow man. I do all I can to be counted as one of his valient children
