Hi I'm Wayne

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the father of 6 children 2 girls and 4 boys. I've been married to my beautiful, sweet wife for 37 years. We have 12 beautiful grandchildren. I work in IT. I love to watch sports, especially football. I enjoy working in my yard and gardening.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I believe we are all literally spirit sons and daughters of a Heavenly Father who loves us infinitely. That makes all humankind our family, our brothers and sisters. I believe the Book of Mormon is a 2nd testament of the mission of Jesus Christ and that it is the word of God just as the Old & New Testament are the word of God. The purpose of life is to learn and progress and eventually be re-united with our Heavenly Father. To do that, we do our best to follow the example of Jesus Christ, Our Lord and Savior.

How I live my faith

I do my best to serve others, especially my family, neighbors, and members of our ward (congregation). I pray daily, attend church, and serve to the best of my ability in my church calling. I look for opportunities to share our Heavenly Father's gospel plan with others.

Can a husband and wife be together forever? Do Mormons believe that families will live together in heaven?

Wayne
Yes, Mormons believe that families can be together forever. One of the main purposes of Mormon temples is to perform the sacred ordinances required to seal family members together. Show more Show less
