Hi I'm Whittney

I like to laugh at a joke I heard yesterday, I love working with children, and hope to be a make up artist, Oh and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a big time family person, I could spend hours talking with my family, laughing and having a good time. I have been a nanny in the past and love working with children they bring me so much joy and happiness plus there is never a dull moment with children. I love humor and wish everyone would smile and enjoy this beautiful life. I hope one day to be a make-up artist. Currently I am disguised as a Sister Missionary serving in the New York Utica Mission, loving every min. of it.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon for non other reason than it makes sense to me. I grew up in the church but I only could live off of my parents testimony for so long. When I was in my early teens my parents got a divorce and that is when prayer became a big part of my life. I am so grateful fot that personal relationship I can have with Heavenly Father. I know that he hears and answers my prayers and I am only one of his millions and millions of children, its kinda awesome!! Its taken me some time to know if this church is the true church but now that I know it means everything to me and has helped me through even the little things in life. I know that God is our loving Heavenly Father and that he has called out to man again today. I know that the true church of Jesus Christ has been restored through the loving prophet Joseph Smith. I know this through prayer and reading the Book of Mormon.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving a 18 month mission to share what has brought me the most joy (The Gospel of Jesus Christ) to the people of New York. I do this all day everyday and enjoy every min of it. I also live my faith by praying everyday, multiple times a day. Reading the scriptures and applying it to my life. I also live my faith by going to church and serving there as much as I can.
