Hi I'm Angela!

I was born in Texas, grew up in Indiana. I've taught middle school math. I'm excited to be a mom come January!! I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have a passion for sports- especially track! I ran the 400m dash and other sprints all through high school. I graduated college with a degree in physical education teaching and math education. I was blessed to teach middle school math for several years. I love scrapbooking, making cards, and working on my family history. My husband and I are expecting our first child in January and are very excited to be parents!!

Why I am a Mormon

I've chosen to be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints because the gospel of Jesus Christ brings hope and happiness to my life. As we go through life there are some rough parts, or challenges we have to overcome. Because I know my Savior's plan of salvation it brings hope to my life through those hard times. I have been baptized in the LDS church and have received the gift of the Holy Ghost. The Holy Ghost serves as a guide in my life to help me make decisions and gives me inspiration to get through the rough parts of life. Families are central to God’s plan. The gospel brings happiness to my life because of families. I have had to move around a lot throughout my life. Through those moves your family is always there. They are the friends that you don’t have to leave. They know you so well and are able to give you the love and support that you want/need. I love my family and am grateful that through the gospel and ordinances I have made in the temple that I am on the path to being able to be with my family FOREVER!! And especially as my husband and I prepare to bring a child in to this world we are grateful for the knowledge of the gospel of Jesus Christ. We are excited to expand our family and help bring another spirit into this world.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being obedient to the commandments God has set forth for all his children. And if I make a mistake, I can still live my faith by repenting and never making that mistake again.

Can a husband and wife be together forever? Do Mormons believe that families will live together in heaven?

YES!!!! Through the sacred ordinances that are performed in the temple individuals may be sealed to their spouse and children for time and all eternity. Because my family has been sealed together, if we continue to live righteously we will be able to continue to enjoy each others presnce in heaven. Show more Show less
