Hi I'm Anne-Marie

I grew up in Denmark. Had good parents, who taught me well. Came to United States as a exchange student for a year. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a wife and mother of one great son. I grew up in a home of six children with a mom and dad, My mom a converted mormon. Four of the 6 kids were baptized. Dad never converted although he did join my mother for some activities and he loved the missionary couples.

Why I am a Mormon

Well, I agree a little to what most people think that when you are eight years old you partly join the church because of people it can be your parents, friends, missionaries ect.. When I did become of age I still wanted to to be a Mormon not because of anybody forcing me; I had my free agency. Through adversity, yes there has been times when I could have chosen to leave the church.... I still believed and I wanted to know more, learn more. I wanted to live a better life a more complete life. We never stop learning in the gospel. Over the years I have come to love the Lord, having a sense of beloging to something bigger; to be a member of a great church whose head is Jesus Christ and He has sent a chosen servant to be His instrument as modern day Prophet to help guide His church just like in the olden days. I recieve many blessings each day, I have so much to be thankful for to my Heavenly Farther.

How I live my faith

I try to live a good life, do what is right not at all do I always succeed. Every day is a new day and I try to do better. I have helped in a lot of different organizations in the church. There is always something you can do to help even the little ways. People -- both members and non-members -- appreciate a helping hand. I have helped and taught children from 18 months to adults. I havealways wanted to serve as a helper to people. I believe that it is a lot easier to stay close to my faith if and when I do good things in my day. I have friends who are not members I love them and value them.
