Hi I'm Emily.

I grew up in Chicago's northwest suburbs. I'm a school psychologist at a tribal school in Washington. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I enjoy spending time with my husband. I like to help others and enjoy teaching our Sunday School class of 4- and 5-year-olds. I love the ocean and going to the beach. I like spending time with my family and friends. I like music in general, and especially enjoy playing the piano and singing.

Why I am a Mormon

I have grown up in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. It has been a great blessing in my life. Throughout many trials and difficulties in my life, I have always known that the Lord has been by my side. The Savior has become my dearest Friend and I know I can turn to Him no matter what happens. The Savior is my Elder Brother and he loves me. Because of His Atonement, He knows and understands everything that I go through. He has helped me through so much and continues to bless me as I turn to Him and have faith in Him. I feel of His love daily and know that He is watching over me. I love Him with all that I have.

How I live my faith

My husband and I teach a precious class of 4- and 5-year-olds every Sunday. We talk about the Savior, sing songs with them, and color. We teach the children how to love and respect everyone. It is such a blessing to be able to serve these sweet children. It's neat to watch the children grow and to see how much they know about Christ. We LOVE our class!!!! :) They are a source of great happiness in our lives. It has been wonderful to watch our marriage progress as we teach together as well. We are able to develop our parenting skills and see how we each work with children and teach them correct principles. We truly have a blessed opportunity!
