Hi I'm Michelle

I live in Arizona and I work with handicap Individuals when I am not at home being a mom.

About Me

I am a mother of two children that are so full of energy when I am not at home with them I spend my time at work with handicap Individuals at a day program where we take them out into the community and have them go to the mall and bowling as just a couple of examples. I love to read reading is my passion and always has been I love the book of Mormon and other church related books such as fire of the covenant. The books that I read are wide in variety and numerous. I love to cook from scratch making ingredients into a meal that my kids and husband love to eat is wonderful and has been a great adventure seeing my oldest getting interested in warms my heart that we can share this great love of cooking together. I also have a love of dance and admittedly I have 2 left feet and music is wonderful and I also have very little talent in that area is well but I love to listen to a wide variety of music and have started to see that love for music in my children.

Why I am a Mormon

There was a period in my life when I felt that I just did not know really why I belonged to this church I was born under the covenant and I really enjoyed being in the church but I had had no earth shattering revelations as I had heard others have and that worried me that as far as my testimony when I prayed for a revelation that this church was true as challenged to do by my seminary teacher in high school I never received a "earth Shattering " experience and it really worried me that I was not receiving an answer for years I walked around knowing that I had a testimony of this church but worried because I had not received revelation than I had just moved to a new city with my husband and was very new to the ward and went to our third block where the women meet together and the sister that gave her talk was on just what I had been worrying about for so many years that I had never had this big sign flash before my eyes and she told us that she prayed the realization came to her that she did not need the big revelation because she already new and that was my big moment that i did not need a big huge earth shattering moment because I already new that this church was true and I realized that I had had revelation in my life and at that moment all those little things that I had not realized were actually heavenly father telling me that I love you and am here and see you and do know you personally and ever since that moment I have literally have my eyes opened to the small and subtle way of god in my life how he cares for me and helps me to see the need in others so that god may work threw me to help them. I love this church and all it gives to me and all I am able to do to help this great great work along.

How I live my faith

I live my faith day to day really just trying by the simple things that I do what I say how I act. my calling in the church is in my wards nursery with so many of those sweet sprits just starting to learn the gospel and in going visting teaching with my companion to the sisters in my ward.
