Hi I'm Holly.

I'm a wife and mother who loves my family. I'm learning to quilt and cook gluten free. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the middle child of seven children. I grew up in the Southern United States. My father was my biggest cheerleader in life. He always told me that I could achieve whatever I desired to achieve. During my sophomore year of college he passed away suddenly. I struggled with the pain of losing him, but I am so grateful to know that families can be together forever because of our Savior Jesus Christ. That knowledge sustained me. I studied Neuroscience and met the man of my dreams. Luckily he is a Southern boy. We were married in the Nashville, Tennessee Temple. I knew that I wanted a family and that I wanted to be a mother. I am a young mother of three toddlers. Life is busy but always an adventure. I love my family and strive to do what is best for them everyday. I have celiac disease and am attempting to learn to cook gluten free foods. I am a beginner at canning foods and quilting. I like spicy foods, couponing, and deal finding.

Why I am a Mormon

My mom was raised Catholic and my dad was raised Seventh-day Adventist. After they were married, missionaries knocked on their door. They felt that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints was the right church. I feel lucky that I was able to grow up as a member of this church. Through my life I have gained my own testimony that Jesus Christ is our Savior and that the Savior's church has been restored through Joseph Smith. I have decided to remain a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints because it has helped me to find true happiness. I know that I am a child of God and that this life has a purpose.

How I live my faith

I currently have three young children. I try each day to teach them the gospel of Jesus Christ. They are growing up in a world that sends confusing messages about what is right. As their mother, I strive to share the gospel with them so that they have the compass of Jesus Christ in their lives to help them know the path that will lead them to true happiness. At our church I teach the younger children. I love their desire to do what is right and their desire to learn about Jesus Christ. They are an inspiration to me with their faith. They love Jesus Christ. I hope that sharing my testimony of Jesus Christ with them will strengthen them and help them.
