Hi I'm Veronica

I'm a Mormon. I love living life to its fullest. I am a wife, mother, and dental assistant.

About Me

I love a little of everything. I play guitar, make jewelery, and sing in the car. I like to exercise and feel as good as I can, because as a working mom, you need to feel your best. I have a two year old son, and a wonderful husband. I have worked as a dental assistant for almost 15 years. I'm very goal oriented, and like to try new things. This summer I did a triathlon to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. It meant so much to me. As a family we like to go on road trips, visit the mountains, and spend time with our friends and family.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because when I was 14 years old, I was fortunate enough to have the missionaries come to my home and teach me the gospel. Growing up I had many questions about God and Heaven that leaders of other churches just didn't have the answers to. I just knew there had to be answers out there. It didn't make sense that Heavenly Father would give us an incomplete gospel to live by. I look back and think about how young I was to have such things be so important to me. After hearing about the restored gospel of Jesus Christ from the missionaries, and going to church with my family, I knew in my heart that I had found the full and true gospel of Christ. I was baptized. Over the years, the Spirit has guided me in my life, and whispered to my heart to keep me on the right path, and let me know the things that I should do, and to keep encouraging me to stay strong in my faith. Life is not always easy. Its often difficult. Having knowledge of a Heavenly Father that is mindful of me, and who is there for me when I need him, makes me not lose hope as I try to get through those times. I see His hand in so many things.

How I live my faith

The Lord is always waiting and wanting to bless us. Sometimes he needs our help to provide those blessings to people. I try to do the things that He would have me do. I go to church each Sunday. While I'm there I participate in teaching the gospel to the young children of the church, on a level that they can understand so they can start building their own testimonies. I try to read my scriptures daily. I'm honest with other people. I do what I can to help others. I try to set a good example to others and their children in my day to day activities. This is the Lord's true church, and I want to be a good representative of it.
