Hi I'm Brandon

I grew up in Arizona. I love sports. I'm involved in music. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up on a small farm in Arizona where I raised cows, pigs, chickens, and grew hay. I am currently serving a mission for the Church. When I get home I will be a sophomore in college studying Exercise Science. I love to play sports as well as the violin and piano. I love to be out doors. Camping, snowboarding, and doing work are some of my favorite things to do out doors.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born a Mormon, so when I was younger I was a mormon because my parents told me to go to church. However, as I have grown and matured I have come to know of the truthfulness of the gospel through study of the scriptures, and diligent prayer. I now know for myself that Christ is the Savoir and Redemer. I know that He restored His church through the prophet Joseph Smith, and even now we have a porphet that guides and drects the desciples of Christ. I am a Mormon because I want to be the best person I can be.

How I live my faith

Mormons belive that simple principles should be followed to make yourself the best person you can be. Among those are: daily personal and family scripture study, daily family and personal prayer, a 10% tith on your increase, and weekly sabath day observance. I have tried to live these principles so that I could be closer to our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ, and the strengh that I need to overcome the temptations of Satan. The LDS church is also a church of service. I have served my church and community through callings that I have had in my church. The young men in our church serve widdows, and elderly people. We shovel snow, split wood, and sweep chimeys. Sometimes we just go and visit members of our church.
