Hi I'm David

I grew up in Arizona. I am a family man and a college student. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am married and have one child and one on the way. I am also going to college. I love spending time outdoors, playing games, learning, and especially being with my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church and was taught the gospel by my parents. Through living the gospel and asking of God, I have come to know for myself by His Holy Spirit that His church has been restored as it was in ancient days with Apostles and Prophets, through whom God speaks His will to all the earth. I know that we are created in the image of God--that we are His children whom He loves and wants to help. I know, and have experienced, that as we obey His gospel, we come to know Him and His ways and feel of His indescribable love for us. This is true freedom--to feel of the peace and joy of God that lifts and inspires the soul. I know that Jesus Christ lives; and that He died for each of us and rose again the third day. And because He suffered for our sins, pains, and sorrows, we can rely on Him as our Savior and Guide. He is the way, and the fulness of His gospel is in this church.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to always remember the Savior by living His gospel in my home and wherever I am. Our family life has been blessed as we have family home evening every Monday night where we learn and teach the gospel to each other and have family activities together. We also read from the scriptures and pray together each day. Living our religion together adds a dimension of closeness that our family would not have without it. We feel the Spirit of the Lord in our home which brings great peace and joy and which enhances our love for each other. I also live my faith by doing whatever the Lord asks of me in serving Him and others.
