Hi I'm Michelle

I'm a Physician. I'm a mom. I'm an an athlete. I'm a loyal friend. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My husband and I have four beautiful daughters.  Our life is sometimes crazy but always fulfilling.  I am a physician and I am fortunate to have a supportive husband who is a stay at home parent and does all of the cooking.  I enjoy biking, hiking, sailing, kayaking, and playing Soccer.

Why I am a Mormon

I love the gospel of Jesus Christ.  It makes life so much happier and fulfilling for me to know the answers to the questions of why I am here, what is the purpose of my life, and who I should be striving to become.  Having the gospel in my life brings me peace even when events are difficult.

How I live my faith

The perspective of the gospel affects my relationships with everyone and everything.  Knowing that that we are all brothers and sisters, and how much God loves each one of us positively impacts the way I relate to people.  I am an optimist and I definitely believe that each of us can learn, and grow, and change, particularly if we enlist God's help in the process.  Also, the gospel perspective of stewardship, and remembering God's gifts to me, affects the way I approach my responsibilities.  Attending church, prayer, scripture study, occasional meditation and enjoying the beauty of the earth strengthen me.  My responsibility in my congregation is to teach the women's Sunday school class about once a month.
