Hi I'm Sarah

I'm the oldest of 7 children. I've lived in 4 states and Germany. I'm studying to be a cosmetologist and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I enjoy making someone smile.

Why I am a Mormon

I have a testimony that The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter-day Saints is God's church on the earth, this is where He wants me to be and I am happy.

How I live my faith

I strive to do my visiting teaching, fufil my calling, obey my parents and Heavenly Father, be kind to everyone, keep the commandments, read my scriptures and pray.

Why do Mormons perform baptisms for the dead?

Sarah
God loves all his children and wants them to return to him. Through baptism of the dead we give the individual the chance to choose Christ even if they didn't in life. I know there is life after death. I lost a loved one a while back and asked God if it really was true, that we live beyond the grave. He gave me peace and assurance that it is true. I look forward to seeing this loved one again. We do proxy baptism for the dead. That means that member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints come to the temple and get baptized in behalf of a person that has passed on. This is why family history work is so important to us. This gospel makes me happy. Show more Show less
