Hi I'm Linda

I'm a CPA and own my own firm. I've lived in 4 western states and like Colorado best! I love to sing and to cook. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have a rather silly sense of humor and I'm very good at making animal noises! I sing soprano in a local choir and we have performed at Carnegie Hall twice. My favorite things to sing are Mozart Requiem, Messiah and anything by John Rutter or Mack Wilberg. I am a small business owner and enjoy making my client laugh. Having your own business can be rather stressful - I think that is the hardest thing I do. I also take care of my 84 year old mother - she lives with me - she is very cute but she has a hard time getting around and remembering things.

Why I am a Mormon

I feel that the gospel of Jesus Christ is my anchor in an increasingly chaotic world. While the moral values of society continue to decline or evaporate, the message of Jesus Christ remains constant. His message of love, redemption, kindness, charity and forgiveness will result in true peace and happiness if we are willing to listen and follow. The gospel of Jesus Christ brings me Joy! That is why I'm a Mormon.

How I live my faith

In my profession as a CPA, I come across individuals and who think that honesty is passe and outdated. I reject this philosophy. Honesty and integrity in every aspect of my personal and professional life is my most cherished and sought after character trait. I serve in our women's organization as a teacher. I teach each month a lesson entitled "teachings for our times." These lessons come from recent talks given by men and women in church leadership positions regarding important spiritual/moral/social issues that we face in our lives. The opportunity to teach each month has been a great experience and has helped me become more obedient to teachings of Jesus Christ.
