Hi I'm Jesse

I am A farmer, I am the middle child of five boys, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born into the church, or as we say born within the Covenant. At age three my parents divorced and my mom fell away from the church. She still let us kids go, but we really didn't, at age 8 my mom met my stepdad and they were married, I was baptized into the church the day after my ninth birthday. In 2001 my family moved from Utah, to Missouri, I was 11, skinny and a little unsure of what this new place was going to be like. Shortly thereafter, we became active in the church again and in 2005 we were sealed together as A family for time and for all Eternity. That has been A very great blessing not only in my own life but in the life of my family as well. In High School I went to Seminary, but I did not have A testimony for myself, I was going through the motions, not really doing much of anything, with anything.

Why I am a Mormon

I am A mormon, because I have prayed to know for myself that the Book of Mormon is A true record of real people, who did in reality see the Savior and Redeemer of the world. I continue to live this Gospel because it has changed my life, I am happier, more hopeful, and an all around better person. This change did not happen overnight there was A time in my life when I was not happy, one day I was told by my parents "Jesse, this is not you, what has changed? You used to be happy" It was at that time when I decided to make A change, to repent, and do better. I can honestly say that I have, it has been A long hard road, but one that I would gladly travel again if presented with the opportunity. This change, was brought about through much prayer, and study, but that is why I am A mormmon, because when I think back on the person I was, then about where I am and it inspires me. I am A witness of the Atonement of Jesus Christ, it is real, any pain, any sin, any.......well anything really.

How I live my faith

I live my Faith by living my standards, everyday, which helps me have the Spirit in my life to lead me in the paths of righteousness.
