Hi I'm Clint

I am married to a beautiful wife, have 6 wonderful children, love anything outdoors, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

First and foremost I am a father of six children. I have a wonderful wife whom I love very much. By education I have a bachelor's and master's degree in Mechanical Engineering. I am a Business Manager in my current role overseeing many of the technical aspects of making business decisions. I enjoy the outdoors (camping, hiking, climbing, rappelling, kayaking, horseback riding, etc.) I also have a passion for airplanes. I enjoy flying RC airplanes. I enjoy playing sports, anything to keep me active.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because of the hope that it gives my family. There is a plan that our Heavenly Father has for us and because of the church I know what that is and how it can help my family and I return to live with Him. We are striving to be an eternal family because of the teachings of Jesus Christ that we know. We are following His teachings so we can remain together for eternity. I love the Savior and know that it is because of His teachings and sacrifice that we can live again and together one day as a family with our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. This is our goal and we know that it can be achieved through obedience to His gospel.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being an active participant in the community and church. I have been a coach for my children's sports teams several times. I help with the Boys Scouts of America. I help with the youth in our church where we have regular activities and outings. My favorites are the outdoor outings that we get to do with the young men on a regular basis. I have had many opportunities to serve within the church, all of which help me to become a better person by serving others. It is amazing to see how by helping others you receive blessings or spiritual growth to degree that would not otherwise be possible. An ancient prophet of the Book of Mormon said "When ye are in the service of your fellow being, ye are in the service of your God." I know when we serve God - directly or to others - he blesses us and we grow. Service provides one of the greatest feelings I know.
