Hi I'm Suzanne

I'm a wife and mother. I'm a teacher. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I used to teach Junior High History and then I worked with medical students. I am currently a stay at home Mom with a little girl and another on the way. I enjoy working with students of all ages, and am loving being at home to teach my little girls. Besides spending time with my family, I enjoy reading, hiking, and crafts.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born in Florida shortly after my parents joined the Mormon church. They had looked a long time for a church that was centered around Jesus Christ. They had tried for over 15 years to have more children unsuccessfully, but shortly after joining the church, I was born, and then my brother. So, I was born into the Mormon church, but my real conversion to the church came when I was a teenager, and gained a testimony for myself that Jesus Christ was my Savior, and that I belonged to His church. I am grateful daily for my Savior, and that I can pray to a loving Heavenly Father who answers my prayers and helps me with the important task of raising a family that is centered in the gospel of Jesus Christ. Knowing that I can be with my family for eternity because of covenants I made when I was married in the temple to my best friend, means everything to me.

How I live my faith

I enjoy visiting with other women in the church each month to see how they are doing, and to be able to help if need be. I look forward to service opportunities because I feel good doing things for others. I currently help out with bi-monthly activities that the women in church and community can participate in, including service activities, and various classes.
