Hi I'm Chelsea

I live in the valley of the sun, Arizona. I LOVE to sing, and dance, I'm a Mormon:)

About Me

Hi, my name is Chelsea and I love to perform. I am a junior in highschool and just like everyother teenager I love listening to music, bounding with friends and family, and going on adventures! I love sharing my talents with others. Dancing and singing is how I communicate with others, it is how I express myself. I also love travling places with my family and want to travel the world. I love sports, being outdoors, and writing and creating songs with my friends.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been born and raised as a Mormon. I have blessed to have amazing parents and friends who support me and have high standards. However, I am a Mormon for myself, I have come to know that the gospel is true. My dad was a convert, and he is one of the greatest examples to me. Yes, I have questioned the church, haven't we all? However I know if we pray with an open mind and an open heart and be willing to hear we will get the answer. For me it's this feeling deep down that won't ever go away. It's the feeling of peace knowing why I am here and and what my purpose is for this life. I know who I am and who I always have been. I am gratful to be a Mormon. It has helped me through all my trials.

How I live my faith

In my ward as a young women I have always been blessed to serve in the presidency. I love getting to know other girls my age and being able to get together every Wensday and share our talents with eachother. I am also in Seminary at my school. I was called to be the historian and get to write everything I feel is important down, kinda like a journal. I live it by sharing it and acting upon it. Getting out in this world out of my bubble and getting to know people is how I live my faith. I stand up for what I am, and what I know to be true. I don't hide it. I am proud to be a Mormon!

Why is family so important to Mormons?

Chelsea
I feel that families are so important for us because that is the whole plan. God gave us this sacred gift of creating life so we can bring children down to earth and help them grow and teach them about our Father in heaven so we can all return to him again. We want to bring children into the world so they can experience life, and up's and downs. We are here to lvoe our families and strengthen eachother. A wya to see it is that this life on earth is like a big race, and your family is your team, your number 1 fan always there for you and cheering you on! Show more Show less
