Hi I'm Rosalee

i'm a sister, a daughter, an aunt, a student, a child of God, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm currently a missionary serving in the France, Paris Mission until January 2016. I am the 6th of 7 children raised in the church. I have 2 brothers and 4 sisters and 7 neices and nephew. I love being in the outdoors and playing sports. I love music a lot, I play the flute and want to be a band teacher in highschool.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the church and baptized at age 8. I love the gospel because it brings such happiness into my life. I know that the church is true. I know that Christ atoned for our sins and it is only through him that Heavenly Fathers Plan of Happiness can be fulfilled.

How I live my faith

Every Sunday I go to church for three hours. At church I hear talks and lessons about different gospel subjects. I find that each week I always learn something new and helpful. On Sundays I refrain from doing any activities that involve not keeping the sabbath day holy. I live faithfully so that one day I may be qualified to enter the celestial kingdom and return to my Heavenly Father.

What do Mormons believe about Jesus Christ? Do Mormons believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God?

We believe that Jesus Christ is the firstborn Son of God. Many people believe God, Jesus, and the Holy Ghost to be one being. We don't believe this to be true. God is our Heavenly Father and Jesus our brother, they can not be one being. We believe that Jesus Christ was sent to the earth to atone for our sins. Christ lived a life without sin and then atoned for us in the Garden of Gesthemane and on the cross. Without Him, we would not be able to return to our Heavenly Father. Jesus Christ is our Savior, Redeemer, and our brother, who loves us and died for us. Show more Show less
