Hi I'm Brian

I grew up in Texas. I study international business and politics. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up outside of Seattle, WA and Dallas, TX. I graduated with a degree in political science. I am now living in Arizona pursuing my MBA. My wife and I have been married for about three years and have a beautiful 10 month old daughter. We enjoy most sports, but I have a particular love for basketball. When I am not studying for classes I enjoy staying informed on world politics and international relations. This last summer my family and I traveled to many different parts of the world. Learning about different cultures and people has been very rewarding and helped us better understand the world that we live in.

Why I am a Mormon

My life experiences and personal communications with God have led me to believe in the truthfulness of the Mormon Church. When I was 14 I decided that I would read the Book of Mormon from cover to cover, I finished a year later. Like many teenagers religion wasn't the most important thing in my life yet I felt I a personal obligation to learn for myself and During that time I gained the belief that God loves us, His children, and continued to guide us with a prophet. My belief was reinforced when I prayed to ask God if the Mormon church was in reality His

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to stay close to God. I try my best to keep my priorities in the following order and attempt to correct them anytime they get out of this order: God, Family, & Profession. I attend church weekly, study and pray daily, and look for opportunities to serve my fellow me. Essentially I try to be a little bit better version of myself with each passing day. Luckily, the Lord is patient with me in this process.
