Hi I'm Kristine!

I am a wife and mother of 2 teen girls and a 10 year old son. I am a convert to the Church, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am blessed to be a stay at home Mom with my 3 children. I'm not the best cook but my family always pitches in to help. We love to have meals around the table and just visit about our day. Before marriage I traveled to Panama and served a mission in Italy. I love to speak different languages. I love learning about different cultures. I am now devoted to my family, my church and my Cub Scout Den. I am very happy.

Why I am a Mormon

I was searching for something in my life, some kind of purpose or happiness. I went to the Jewish Synagouge, the Catholic Church services, the Baptists, and a few others. I grew up Methodist but felt like they could never fully answer my questions. When I went into the Mormon church and sat down for their main meeting, I felt at peace. I felt calm, and those that spoke made sense to me. I continured to search but always remembered how I just felt at home in the Mormon church. Finally I contacted the missionaries and all of my questions were answered and I found the fulfilment and happiness I was searching for. To know where I came from, why I'm here and what my purpose is has given me strenght and confidence to live my life with love and hope and happiness. I love the gospel and with time, anyone can learn, as I have, the true teachings of Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I participate in my church regularly. We attend each Sunday and on Thursdays I am in charge of a Cub Scout Den where we teach the boy skills and behavior to help them be successful in life. I also partner up with another lady in my church once a month and we go and visit a couple of the other sisters in our ward or church to share a message of love with them and make sure they have all that they are in need of. We do our best to look after one another. My teen daughters are involved with all of the Young Women's activites they have each Wednesday evening where they learn to cook and sew and have fun. I am blessed to have this church family to lean on when times are hard and they can lean on me. It is wonderful.

What is being a Mormon like?

It's like having a ray of sunshine follow you everywhere you go. Just having the knowledge of where we came from, where we are going and what our purpose is can give you the greatest of joy. Being a Mormon means I know who I am and why I'm here. I am happy and loved and want to share that with anyone that is ready for more in thier life. God want's all of his children to feel the love and happiness we deserve. Show more Show less
