Hi I'm Anne

I'm a wife, mother and grandmother. I am also a mormon.

About Me

I have 4 kids and 6 grandkids, whom I adore. I love to read and spend time with my family. I work in a pediatric dental office. I just started a new job and am excited to get to know my coworkers.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the LDS church. My parents were married in the Salt Lake City, Utah temple. My husband and I were sealed in 1996. I have a testimony of the truthfulness of the gospel of Jesus Christ. I can't imagine life without the gospel. Jesus is our leader and light in our life. Mormons believe in eternal families, and that is very important to me. My father passed away in 1993, and it is comforting to know I will see him again. We believe in serving one another, and loving our neighbors. This helps you raise children to be good people that are contributing members of society. The beliefs we have are based on strong family relationships, morality and good work ethics. We aren't perfect people. We believe in repentance, and through the atonement of Jesus Christ can receive forgiveness.

How I live my faith

Currently I am the cub scout committee chair. I have held many callings, and they have all taught me something that helped me grow and be a better person. I felt I was "decorating challenged" but was called to teach classes on beautifying our homes. Thank goodness for truly talented people that were willing to help me out, and I learned that I am not that bad and can learn to be even better at making my house a prettier place to live. I have taught Sunday School classes to children ages 18 months to 18 years old. I have been in charge of planning parties and activies for over 200 people. These callings have taught me to never underestimate my talents. On Sunday, the members of our church give talks. This starts from the age of 3. This is such a great opportunity to help people feel more comfortable speaking in public. I try to follow the teachings of Jesus and of my religion, by being honest, trustworthy and living a moral life. I am kind to others. I feel the LDS church has given me the foundation to build a wonderful life here on earth with my family and that relationship with my family can continue into eternity. I love the gospel of Jesus Christ and cannot imagine life without it!
