Hi I'm Chuck

I'm a Mormon. I've been a member since my parents joined the Church when I was four years old.

About Me

I've been educated as an architect, but have worked in the commercial glass and glazing industry. My wife and I have raised eight children, and are now enjoying them as well as our grandchildren. Love college and high school basketball, have refereed high school basketball.

Why I am a Mormon

I've always appreciated what the gospel has given me - to be part of an eternal family, and a sense of direction in my life. My life has been immeasurably better because of the standards the Church stands for, and as a measuring stick for my life. I know that God lives, that He knows who I am, and although I may not be perfect, I know that Jesus is the Christ, and that through the atonement of the Savior, I can become a joint heir with all that He and the Father have.

How I live my faith

I've taught adult Sunday School classes for the better part of 16 years. In between, I've taught a year of early morning youth classes for a year. Outside of Church and work, I was a Planning and Zoning Commissioner in the town in which we livedf or two years. I've run a teenager (girls and boys) and Men's basketball leagues at Church, responsible for scheduling and refereeing the games.
