Hi I'm Christyn

I'm a Orthodontic Technician, a wife, a mother, and Grandmother and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a Wife, Mother, and Grandmother. I also work as an orthodontic clinician. I enjoy cooking, putting puzzles together, being with family and playing with my grandchildren. I love being around nature especially rivers, waterfalls and the ocean.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because it gives me stability in my life, and with that I know who I am. It is a very comforting feeling to know that you have a Heavenly Father that loves you and wants the best for you. That he has provided a Savior, to show us the way and atone for our sins so that we can return back to our Heavenly Father. I am so grateful for my testimony. Life can throw you some curves and knowing how to keep focus really helps. By remembering to turn to our Heavenly Father, he will has help me find a way out or gives me the comfort and peace I need. I know that he is willing to do that for everyone. We have such a beautiful world to live on and when I see his creations it makes my heart sing. I'm grateful that families can be forever. I love my husband, children, grandchildren they means a lot to me, they add so much to my life. The church has been a valuable help as we raise our children. Reinforcing what we had taught them. Now we are able to watch our children do the same with their children. God does love each one of us and has provided a plan for us. I know that these things are true and they give me hope and perspective in my life.

How I live my faith

I teach the 3 & 4 year children at church. The name of their group is called the Sunbeams. Each Sunday we have a lesson. We talk about the beautiful world that God has created for them. We talk about being good friends. We help them know that God loves them and is there to help them, and when they pray to Heavenly Father for help he will answer their prayers. We also teach them that they lived with God before they came down to this earth, and that Christ is their friend. I love teaching these children and helping them realize who they are, and that they are loved. I also enjoy doing service for others. I found out that their was a need to help put food packets together for some children in the Philippines. So I got some friends together, and we went and helped another church prepare those packets. It was a great opportunity to do meaningful work by helping others on this project. It also gave us a chance to get to make new friends.
