Hi I'm Norman

I'm a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. (I'm a Mormon)

About Me

I was born in Utah, raised in Ohio, went to High School and College in Utah, served a two year mission in Michigan, and raised my family in Colorado. I love my family (wife, three children), the outdoors (bicycling, hiking), and am a computer graphics technology enthusiast (both for my employment as well as my hobbies).

Why I am a Mormon

My parents taught me about the restored gospel of Jesus Christ. I learned about my Savior and his infinite Atonement; about God’s love for us and His plan for our eternal happiness. I learned about God’s commandments, and of the blessings He has promised those who obey and honor Him. By striving to live in harmony with those commandments I have come to know for myself that God lives, and that the fullness of the gospel is found in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day saints.

How I live my faith

I love my savior, Jesus Christ, and want to show that love. Christ taught that whenever we do something to help “the least of these my brethren”, it is as though we are doing that thing for Christ. So, I attempt to live my faith by doing things to help my fellow man. I try to be a good husband, a good father, a person of integrity, and a contributing member of society. I’m very far from perfect, but have hope that through the grace of God I can improve and become the person I want to be.
