Hi I'm Trudy

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hi, my name is Trudy and I am 59. I have been a mormon since 1982. My husband and I do not have any children. Which I am sure that some people find strange. I am ok with it. I decided long ago that if I was suppose to have children that the Lord would have made it so. We like to travel and I like to be a couch potato, but that is now over as my Mother-in-Law just moved in with us. I am enjoying it because we get along so well and she is a great lady, but it is early yet. (haha)

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that the teachings are true. When I was first taught by the missionaries I was so impressed that they did not talk bad about any other religion. I like the fact that no matter where you go to church whether in another city, state or Country the same principles are taught.

How I live my faith

I love to be around the youth of the church. Whether they are 4 or 84 everyone is so easy to talk to. I try and live my life like the Savior would want, although I fall short I just keep trying and no one is critical. We all have issues of some type and my objective is to try and be a good example.

What blessings can we receive through the gift of the Holy Ghost?

The Holy Ghost is ever present in my life if I live it the way I should. It helps me with every day things and also with bigger issues. I turn to my Heavenly Father for answers and he lets me know the things I should do through the Holy Ghost. Show more Show less
