Hi I'm Nick

I'm a Father of 4, Husband, I drive a Truck for a living, I love to play in the snow, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have 4 wonderful kids (most of the time), a beautiful wife, dog and cat. I drive a truck for a living. In the winter I plow snow, mostly because it is fun. My favorite part of the day is when I walk in the door and am bombarded with little people telling me what they did that day and how much they missed me. I leave for work in the morning long before my wife and kids are up so when I get home I try to get as much time with everyone that I can. Dinner time can get very loud and a little disorganized and I know my wife doesn't like the rowdiness but I Love every minute of it.

Why I am a Mormon

I've been a member of the church my whole life. When I was growing up I didn't have many friends that were members so I was exposed to all different aspects of family life. I always wondered why my friends always wanted to go to my house, I thought that they had way cooler toys to play with. But one day a friend of mine told me that they liked to be at my house because of the feeling they got when they entered the door. I know that feeling was the spirit of the Lord. I want my house to have the spirit of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ reside in it so that when friends and family come over they can have that same feeling. I am far from a perfect Mormon, but I know that my Heavenly Father loves me and that He knows me personally. Being a father to four kids I know that my Father in Heaven has the same expectations that I do for my kids, try your hardest, mess up a lot but just keep doing your best. And most importantly unconditional love no matter what.

How I live my faith

I just keep trying, and doing my best. I try to teach my kids everything that I can and be the best example for them, because my Father in Heaven has entrusted my wife and I with these wonderful little children in the hopes that we can all return to live with Him someday.
