Hi I'm Richard.

I'm a husband. I'm a father. I'm into technology. I'm a fisherman, a prospector, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Growing up in a large family I have always loved being around family members and my extended family. It has been one of my greatest joys in life to have a sweetheart and four lovely children. I enjoy the time that I have to spend with them. I work in the technology industry and this has given me the opportunity to travel to many parts of the world and engage with many associates and friends from different countries. I enjoy meeting people from new cultures and learning about their way of life. In my childhood years my father was a hard rock miner and my prospecting gene comes from him. I grew up loving the outdoors and the mountains and this has given me a love of fishing, hiking, and enjoying the world that God has created.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a family of a young Mormon couple. My mother was a convert and my father came from pioneer ancestry. Together they taught me the gospel of Jesus Christ and helped me build a testimony from a young age. Being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is one of my choicest blessings and the foundation of who I am and who I hope to become.

How I live my faith

I've had the opportunity to serve as a Mormon missionary and to serve in many callings. These experiences have helped me to understand the joy that comes from service to others. I try to emulate the principles and practices of my faith so that others may know who I am and what I stand for. Not drinking alcohol has given me an opportunity to discuss my belief in the Lord's law of health with many individuals throughout the world. Striving to be an honorable husband and father is one of the ways that I can show my Heavenly Father my gratitude for my Savior Jesus Christ and the blessings that the gospel brings to my life.
