Hi I'm Aaron

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

For the past several years I have been in the medical sales industry and my role allows me to travel to several states around the intermountain and southwest areas. I really enjoy listening to books while I am on my long drives or flying. I just recently finished listening to my 50th book, and my current two sweet spots are post apocalyptic fiction think "World War Z" by Max Brooks and "Day by Day Armageddon" by JL Bourne, and non-fiction think "What the Dog Saw" by Malcon Gladwell and Superfreekanomics by Steven Levitt and Stephen Dubner.

Why I am a Mormon

Why am I Mormon? At first glace you might say I am Mormon because I was born into a practicing Mormon family that came from a long line of Mormons going back four plus Mormon filled generations (Judas, that's a lot of Mormons!) But the real reason that I am Mormon is because I became converted to the gospel. Just like any non-Mormon investigating the church I had to find out for myself if the church that I had been attending my whole life was true. I think most people reach a point where they must decide if what they believe in is true, and I knew there was only one way to find out....ask the Lord. The great thing about being a Mormon is that we believe that the Lord DOES answer these all important life questions through prayer. I can honestly say that I know the Lord answers prayers, and that the church that I had been attending my whole life, had been TRUE all along.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by attending church weekly and serving in the church. Currently, I work and serve with the men of the church in Elders Quorum. Elders Quorum is made up mostly of other men and fathers who are in similar circumstances as my own. I love this group because it is interesting to see each of them lead and raise their families. Our weekly discussions about the gospel and what challenges are facing our families help me gain much needed insight on raising my own family and how make it better.
