Hi I'm David

I was raised in a small town in Southern Utah, Kanab. Where I grew up in the red dirt with my three older brothers. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I was brought up in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints where I had the wonderful example of three older brothers to look up to. I love to Hunt and be out in the wilderness where I can see the wonderful hand of the lord. I went to Kanab High School. I have choosen to put of college for two years and serve a mission for the Church, I have been called by a Prophet of the Lord to serve in the wonderful Tacoma Washington Mission where I will be teaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of the Church because of the Feelings and experiences that I have had. My whole life I was taught the Gospel, however I didn't always have a testimony of the truthfulness, it wasn't until later in life did I find out that the Gospel was true and ever since that time I have been learning and growing in ways I never thought was possible. I love this Gospel and have had to many answers to my prayers to ever deny the truthfulness of the gospel. I was 19 when I first recieved the answer to my prayer, It came not audible but as a feeling. As I knelt in prayer asking if the Book of Mormon was true I felt love, peace, and joy enter into my body and I continue to feel this love as I have continued to take questions to God.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by serving full time as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Chris of Latter-day Saints. In other words I am one of thousands of missionaries that knock on doors and teach the gospel. I haven't always been a missionary for the Church and I wont always be a full time missionary. As I have grown up in the church I have had so many chances to serve in the community with scouting and with other programs. I have grown to love service and love to offer it to people of my faith and not of my faith it has really shown me the meaning to the word Charity.
