Hi I'm Sandra

I was born and raised in a small town in Arizona. I love being a wife and a mother to 6 children. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in a small town in Arizona where there was not a lot to do besides work and sports. I loved being physically active so I of course chose sports. I am now a mom living in the same small town and get to be active by following and watching my 6 children play different sports.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised a Mormon. I love being able to tell people that we believe in Jesus Christ. To me, one of the greatest principles of the Mormon church is that we believe families can be together forever. I love knowing that if my family keeps the commandments we can return to live with our Heavenly Father, together as a family. I also love that we have a living prophet on the earth today. His name is Thomas S. Monson and he was called of God. He is able to give us council. If we follow that council, it will help us return again to our Heavenly Father.

How I live my faith

Small and simple things are the way I try to live my faith. I think the something as small as a smile or a hello can help to brighten someones day. I have the opportunity to serve the women in our ward so this gives me many opportunities to serve and love the people around me.

Why is family so important to Mormons?

The family is central to God's plan. In our families we can learn to love, serve, and learn from each other. We can also offer support to family members that are going through trying times. It is possible for each of us to return as families to live with our Heavenly Father. Show more Show less
