Hi I'm Anne

I grew up in Toronto, and now live on the British Columbia coast. I was baptised a Mormon at age 41.

About Me

I live on the beautiful coast of British Columbia, where I enjoy fishing and camping and beach combing with my dogs. I have been a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints for 9 years.

Why I am a Mormon

I was introduced to the restored gospel when I was 40 years old. After reading, and praying about the Book of Mormon, I was given to know in my heart that it is the true gospel of Jesus Christ. The questions that were unanswerable in my former faith were finally available. Things like: What is our purpose here on earth? What happens to those people who never had the chance to know the gospel of Jesus Christ? I can't express what a releif it was to finally have these questions answered.

How I live my faith

I enjoy church each Sunday, along with the social gatherings offered in my church branch. As I live with physical restrictions, I feel blessed that I can lend my talents in some meaningful ways. For example, I have been given the opportunity to keep our branch website up to date. I also enjoy home scripture study guided by various resources available through the Church.
