Hi I'm Mandy

I am a native of Arizona. I am a Recreational Therapist and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have my bachelors degree in Therapeutic Recreation and I am a single women working full time. I love people. I have always wanted to do something where I was helping others. I enjoy the simple things in life. Family and friends, good conversations, traveling and seeing new places, being outdoors, I love to laugh, and preserving memories through pictures.

Why I am a Mormon

I am the youngest of five children and was born and raised in an active Mormon family. I grew up being taught the principles and teachings of God through the examples of my parents, grandparents and siblings. I was instilled with and always felt the importance of being honest and obedient in following God's commandments and have strive to live my life doing so. As I have lived my life following what was taught to me as a child, I have felt God's hand and love for me. I have experienced struggles in my life, lost loved ones, and have had challenges, and achieved and been given so many wonderful opportunities... like many, and, I know that everything I have experienced and been given has been from God. I have felt His love and his hand in all I everything I have done. He knows me personally, and has given me those opportunities, good and bad for a reason. There was a purpose, a blessing, and something I gained and will continue to gain with each experience I have in my life. I know the Savior willing suffered and atoned for our sins. He has felt all the joys, suffering, heartache, and pain we will feel as we live on Earth. How ungrateful I would be to ignore Him in my life as He is the only one that can and understand me because he has experienced it first hand. I am grateful for my relationship with Jesus Christ. Through Him I can overcome anything and find direction and purpose to my life. I am Happy and look for the joys of life because of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

How I live my faith

I strive each day to mirror the example of my Savior. I try to see people around me as the Savior does. I actively attend church services, family home evening and other activities within my ward. I also serve as a leader over our woman's organization in my singles ward.
