Hi I'm Natalie

I love to play tennis. I'm a teenager in college. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born and have grown up in Arizona all of my life. I am a college student and I love to play tennis and racquetball. Right now I am studying to be a physics and math teacher.

Why I am a Mormon

I believe that God sent us all here to Earth because we are his spirit children, and He loves us. Living the Gospel and following the commandments brings me the greatest happiness in life. I was born and raised in a Mormon family, but I choose to be a Mormon because of the testimony I've received from feeling joy and love from God and Jesus Christ. I love the focus that the Church has on family, because I love to spend time with my siblings and other family when I can because we have the most fun together, and they are my best friends. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has brought my family closer together and we have joy in uplifting each other and in living the Gospel. I love being Mormon because I learn about how my family can live and be together forever. I receive so many blessings and happiness from knowing that God loves me, no matter what, which helps me a lot of days- especially when it feels like I am constantly surrounded by others who are sometimes smarter, prettier, or more outgoing than I am. The Gospel of Jesus Christ helps me to know of my divine worth and potential and that God loves each and every one of His children. I know He answers my prayers, because they have been answered time and time again, and that He will always be there to listen to my prayers and answer them. I receive great comfort and love through the Atonement of Jesus Christ, and I know that He is my Savior.

How I live my faith

I try to live my faith by keeping God's commandments and trying to be a good example. I like to make new friends and show others how happy the Gospel of Jesus Christ has made me. I try to surround myself with friends that will lift me up and I also try to be a good friend to others. I make sure I stay honest in all of my schoolwork and do my best in my studies to take advantage of the wonderful opportunities I have of being in school. In my ward, or congregation, which is made up entirely of college students, I encourage people to go to institute every week, which is a scripture study or Sunday School type class on Thursday evenings. I also try to live my faith my visiting two other sisters each month to talk with them and see how they are doing. I go with another girl in my congregation and we all talk with each other and share a spiritual thought.
