Hi I'm Becky

I'm a native of the State of Jefferson relocated to the Panhandle of Idaho. I'm a wife, daughter, sister and aunt. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a diverse mix of things. I'm extremely crafty with the major loves being fiber arts. Spinning, knitting and cross stitch being the main loves there. I enjoy spending time outdoors. I love to take pictures. I love to spend time with my family (Biological or not.)The absolute best thing is to be able to combine all three. Put me with my family in the outdoors (especially if there's water available) and give me a camera and I'm just about in heaven. I also mystify my husband by my enjoyment of motorcycles and racing. The pits at a dirt track is good too. All else fails - let me loose in the kitchen and odds are I can whip up something enjoyable.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in this church. I haven't always had the strength or desire to live what I've been taught and know to be true. Luckily there is this principle that is very important to us called repentance. I've put that to work in my life. I got back on the path I should have been on and was blessed find a wonderful man to be my partner in life and marriage. Recently my family has been through some trials that some people wonder how we've made it through. The knowledge of our Father's love for us has been a great reassurance. That and the fact that I've never seen another church that even remotely made sense to me because I know this one is true. That is why I'm a Mormon.

How I live my faith

Most of my adult life I've had the blessing to work with the children. Fairly recently I was given a new chance to learn and grow in leading the girls between the ages of 12 and 18. I also have the chance to work with the Cub Scouts. Both group keep me very busy but along with the chance to be with my husband forever I have never been happier. The more I work with these children and with the other women that I'm called to help visit each month and the other chances for service that come up; the more I grow to love the gospel and everything that Christ did for us.

What do Mormons believe about the Holy Ghost? Who is the Holy Ghost?

We believe that the Holy Ghost is a member of the Godhead. He is a separate and distinct being of spirit. He is our comforter and guide. He testifies to us of the truth. Show more Show less
