Hi I'm Annie

I'm a Mormon. I grew up in the US and have had a wonderful family and an exciting career.

About Me

I think the most important thing about me is I loved being a Mom even though I was in a situation that required me to have a career. My background in my career is financial and technology management. I enjoy volunteer work, such as delivering food to shut-ins and being a good neighbor. I have always loved music and learned how to play the piano when I was very young.

Why I am a Mormon

I knew all my life that I wanted to get to know Christ better so I attended several different Christian faiths after I got out of school. The Book of Mormon made sense to me. Having a living Prophet on earth with me made sense. Why not? Just because Moses died doesn't mean we can't have a prophet now. I feel strength from the knowledge that I've learned from His church.

How I live my faith

During each day I try to remember to treat others as I would like for them to treat them. I try to meet new folks when they move in and make them feel welcome. It is fun to work with my Church family, attending events, ball games, talent nights, date nights, and holiday presentations. I have taught Sunday School for elementary age kids and taught in the nursery where our little ones first learn how to leave Mom and Dad - sometimes the parents have more trouble than the 18 month old child.

Do you really believe there is a prophet like Moses alive today?

Annie
Of course I believe there is a Prophet today. I believe that God loves us now just like He did when Moses was alive. Show more Show less
