Hi I'm Trexton

I love food, football, my friends, and my family. And I'm Mormon!

About Me

I'm a 20 year old guy who loves to play sports, hang out with my friends and my family. I love learning and having a good time. I have put school, sports, my family, and my personal relationships on hold so I can serve the Lord. I am currently serving a mission in Oregon and sharing what I have learned about Christ with everyone I meet!

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Mormon Religion, but this is not why I'm a Mormon. I'm a Mormon because I have seen personally how the gospel and the things The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints teaches can improve lives. I know that when I follow, or when anyone else follows, what is taught that we become better people. The LDS or Mormon Church encourages everyone to be more friendly, caring, supportive, patient, humble, and bold. The LDS Church has helped me grow in these areas as well as others. Many people my age are taking drugs or drinking alcohol, but through my religion I learned this was bad for you at a young age. I have been able to avoid the harmful consequences that inevitable come from doing these things. And through the things I've learned in school I now know even more harmful side effects that come from these things. I'm a Mormon because I know how important the gospel of Jesus Christ is, and how the teachings improve lives.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to be the best person I can be. I do things that bring joy to my life and to others. I also attend church, participate in different events the LDS church puts on. I also live my faith by serving a full-time mission.
