Hi I'm Leslie.

I love to shop, ski, exercise, take pictures, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born and raised in Colorado and I have always been proud to say it. Colorado is a gorgeous state with tons to offer, so it was only fitting that I married a guy who loved the state as much as I. We now have a 9 month old baby girl love being parents. Aside from being a wife and mom, I am also a real estate photographer. It is such a fun job because I get to poke around high end homes and take pictures.

Why I am a Mormon

When I was 18 I started started studying the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I knew I wanted to go to college, eventually get married and start a family, but at the time I was unhappy and felt as though my progress in life was stagnant. When I started reading the Book of Mormon I was completely amazed at how much I felt the Spirit. The scriptures had so many of life's answers as to where I came from, why I was on this earth, and where I will go after I die. After years of studying the scriptures I have gained sure knowledge that the Book of Mormon and Bible are truly inspired documents that testify of a loving Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. I am a Mormon because the Gospel of Jesus Christ provides a sure fountain in a world of ever shifting values. I don't keep the Lord's commandments because of what others may or may not think. I keep the commandments because it truly makes me happy. I have felt that joy and peace in my life every day since I have committed myself to the Lord.

How I live my faith

One of the duties I have within my church is teaching a Sunday school class of seven year old kids. I look forward to teaching them each Sunday, because they are so sweet and love learning about Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. I have learned that the more I serve others the happier I am with my own life. Serving others helps remind me not to be selfish, and that there are a million other people out there experiencing much harder trails than I am.
