Hi I'm Luke

I'm a Husband, a father, and an Investment adviser. I love Sports, playing games, and hanging with my family and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am married to an amazing women. My high school sweetheart. We have 2 beautiful kids. Ornery but beautiful. I work for a financial services company helping to educate families about how money works. I love to play basketball every chance I get. I also enjoy technology and playing some video games. Working on cars is something I love to do as well when I have the time.

Why I am a Mormon

The church to me is such a huge blessing. It has lead me to understand that I am a child of God. Because of that I understand that I posses divine qualities and infinite potential. It has given me the courage to do great things in my life that I don't think I could have ever done without the knowledge I have gained. It has been an anchor for me in the stormy seas of life. It keeps me grounded to the things that really matter in life like my family, relationships, and my morals. Without the Gospel of Jesus Christ in my life I would feel lost. I am thankful for the many blessing I have received and love being a Mormon =)

How I live my faith

Being a Mormon is about taking upon you the name of Christ. This means that you try and emulate the saviors actions in everything you do. I am not perfect but I strive to give my best each and every day. I have found that through small and simple things, great things are brought to pass. You would be surprised how small things like being kind, serving others, and doing your best to make others lives easier can have such a large impact. As I continue to serve others I feel like I am in-turn blessed for doing those things. There is a passage of scripture in the bible Matthew 25:40 that says "And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me". I think this sums up the mentality I have and the way I live my faith.
