Hi I'm Nate

I'm from Texas, I'm serving a mission in Brazil, I love my Savior and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the oldest of 4 kids so I guess that would make me the pioneer of my family. As the pioneer it seems like besides my parents I am always the one who tries things first making my life full of adventure and excitement. I love my siblings and my parents, and I absolutely love spending time with them whenever I can. I have already completed one year of college, and when I return from my service as a full time missionary in Brazil I will continue to study to become a Mechanical Engineer. I love to play any kind of sport, but I am partial to pole vault, Ultimate Frisbee, soccer, and rugby to name a few. Besides sports, I also have a great passion for music. I play the alto sax, am picking up singing, and was one of the Drum Majors in my high school marching band. I love to listen to anything classical, jazz or classic rock. Basically between sports and music I am a very happy, red headed, young man.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints because I received a witness from the Holy Spirit that this church is true. I do not have any doubt that the Gospel of Jesus Christ was restored to this earth through a prophet in these our days, and I know that we all have the chance to know this for ourselves. I am a Mormon because I love Jesus Christ and I am willing to follow Him.

How I live my faith

Currently I am living my faith full time as a missionary of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I have dedicated two years of my life to help others come unto Christ by helping them receive the Restored Gospel of Jesus Christ. I study the scriptures and pray every day so that the Holy Spirit of the Lord can accompany me in this work. I know that as a missionary I am a literal representative of our Savior and Redeemer Jesus Christ, and I am very humbled for this opportunity to serve Him.
